The cold email "template" I use to pitch biz owners my services as a freelancer (that can be adapted to any type of freelance service)

[THREAD]
Hey [name],

I'm __________, congrats on ________.
[Introduction and some form of minor flattery]
I noticed you don't have [service you offer]. This means [list consequences of not having it]. But with [this service] [list benefits of having it].

Do you need help with this?
As a [your specific background that would allow you to do this service WELL], I have experience [service you're offering].

Just last week I [social proof of how you did the same thing for a similar company]. Here's a link if you want to check out more on that.
If I were you, I'd [expound on specifics of service you offer, give away some free advice].

This would [specific benefits your service would provide] for your business.
As you probably know, [throw some relevant facts and figures their way and include sources], so just doing that would [more positive impacts of your service] for your business.
When are you open for a 15 minute call to talk more about this? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
[Your name]
The template's not perfect (you can switch stuff around as you see fit), but it's a good outline to follow if you don't know where to start

Obviously you must adapt it to the specific audience and include information/language relevant to them
Credit where credit's due: I adapted this template from a fantastic article on cold emailing by @waitingtoberead, which I'd recommend you check out here: copyhackers.com/2017/09/cold-e…

Also, shoutout @NabeelAzeezDXB for sending me the article in the first place
