Strong circumstantial evidence: Deripaska's most trusted business partner and lawyer was the CEO of Expert Development. Ioanna Theofilou is the sole shareholder of a BVI company that owns 15% of Trump's developer. Theofilou has worked for Deripaska in many ventures.
Here is Theofilou in a 2014 financial document acting on behalf of Capilana as the shareholder 
When Deripaska set up a RUSAL offshore company, he entrusted Theofilou i-cyprus.com/company/298223. When Deripaska set up an En+ offshore company, he entrusted Theofilou i-cyprus.com/company/324949.
Every company in which Theofilou works as director that I analyzed (approximately 30), can be traced to either a) Deripaska or b) hidden owners.
Theofilou has been involved in businesses in four countries, according to public records: Panama, Cyprus, BVI, Jersey. In all four countries, she has worked for Deripaska.
Further evidence: Andrey Rozov, the Chairman of IC Expert and signatory on the Letter of Intent, previously worked with Deripaska's CEOs Stalkbek Mishakov and Pavel Lebedev on the Board of Directors of the industrial firm 1MPZ.
It is impossible to state conclusively that Deripaska owns Capilana. These three main points however, make a very strong case.
To phrase this differently: I can't find a single company in which Theofilou works as director that is owned by any person other than Deripaska. She very well may work for someone else as my offshore directors do, but I can't find that evidence.
The registered agents for Capilana are Alcogal and Jordans Trust. Both of these services are agents for thousands if not tens of thousands of companies. They are far less significant than the sole shareholder who actually receives any money Capilana makes.
