Here is everything I can find out (a thread):
The QR code that "Hijj370" posted translates to "6+6+6 iriga, bjvw tzm llgxtivvb kmtckcs". 
This person and the others keep referencing April 18. As the screenshotted tweet says, April 18, 2018, is the Rapture before the end of the Final Jubilee.
The morse code they posted translates to this.
The other gibberish they posted is ASCII85 code and can be decoded. This is what I got.
Malaysia Flight 370 was the one that went missing and was never found.
Some of the other Morse Code "Zijj" posted is readable, but makes no sense.
Only one of the first two Tweets makes sense to me. "Please try to understand, you are wrong about them, they are not other beings, they are not us but they're us."
I tried to decode all of that weird gibberish he posted but it's coming up as nothing. l'm going to try again. Whoever is doing this, looks like they made it purposely very complex.
@MondoCorp tried to decode it and got this. None of this is making any sense to me but props to everyone who's managed to even figure out some of it.
I can't even listen to the entirety of this without starting to tear up. I have a fear of aliens and I just can't make it through this whole thing, but it looks like @drwsdrizzyy got something?
These are two of the other accounts that were messaging @strayedaway. One of them is deleted and the other is restricted.
I got so excited thinking there was going to be something on the restricted account, but it looks like my alien homies let me down this time.

I was just on my laptop about to make a tweet of every one of those weird cryptic accounts when this happened. There's more of them.
I checked out "mhsflightbdb" first. This is the only thing on their account. A post in Arabic translating to "Warning: They are coming". Make of this what you will.
This is all that's on "bdbxtjmsa1". I can read the Arabic and once again it translates to "Warning: They are coming".
The video is fourteen seconds long. "Echo, mike, echo, left, guard, echo, November, (???), Yankee, four, one, eight, one, eight".
I decoded this using an A1Z26 converter. It comes out as "I can't communicate normally they are watching beware".
Using the same decoder, these numbers come out as "They are taking over".

"bdbxtjmsa3" posted the same warning in Arabic, and the numbers "19.5.1." It comes out as the word "sea".
The original voicemail just disappeared from the instagram account that initially posted it. When you scroll, it goes straight to the next slide.

Here's the rest.
I found it strange how some of these usernames correspond to other parts of this whole thing. For example, 370 was the flight number of the Malaysian airplane that went down. One of the "bdbxtjmsa" person's account handles mentions a flight. Not very significant, but bizarre.
I took the time to type out and decode the entirety of one of the morse code messages, just to see if it really came out as this tweet said it would. It's almost spot on.
I tried to decode the numbers too, using two separate websites. Both came up with different results. Nothing useful from what I can tell, but I figured I may as well post it anyways.
This is a screenshot of me trying to scroll between slides on the Instagram post with the video of the voicemail. Before it disappeared, it would have been right between these two slides. It's completely gone.
It doesn't really seem significant, but what I find strangest about this is how the voicemail just vanished like so. Otherwise, I'd probably have written off this whole thing as some sort of prank.
