The report done by the United States Department of Justice's Office of the Inspector General entitled "A Report of Investigation of Certain Allegations Relating to Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe" has been released.

The misconduct report revolves around the Wall Street Journal's article "FBI, Justice Feud in Clinton Probe" on October 31, 2016, although it was published online on October 30, 2016 as "FBI in Internal Feud Over Hillary Clinton Probe".
The Inspector General opened his investigation on August 31, 2017, after being referred by the FBI's Inspector Division, specifically questioning his lack of candor, with the Inspector General receiving the Strzok-Page texts identifying them as having been in contact with Devlin.
The OIG interviewed several people, including McCabe, the Special Counsel (Lisa Page, I guess), and James Comey, among others.
I'd strongly recommend reading it yourself to be honest. It's 39 pages long.
