caseworkers+PA judge CYS placed scores of foster kids in his home. COUNTLESS red flags of grooming+inappropriate behavior w/ kids ignored by entire child "protection" system, enabling his crimes: excessive one-on-one contact, “contracts”, excessive gifts given w/out oversight 3/6
personal ph calls, pulling kids out of class, constant sleepovers, no signed permiss. forms ,etc. ALL IGNORED BY child welfare profess., charity CEO+wife, school admin. Not a single child welfare profess. enabling this tragedy was investigated. $48M? spent fighting narrative. 4/6
