How I got 2.0M impressions + 1,300+ new followers + made 5-figures off my personal brand alone in the last month.

(+ how you can, too)

~ Big Thread ~
I started growing my Twitter in January. I had less than 50 followers. Now I get more new followers than that per day. Pretty crazy tbh. If you'd have told me I'd be able to grow this much this fast I'd have called you crazy.

But here I am.
So let's break it down, starting with the important part (making $$ from Twitter).

It all starts with an email list. I've been mailing my email list daily for almost 6 months now. For a month I had less than 100 people on my list. It sucked. Like screaming into an empty room.
But I kept at it.

Simply put, the biz model is this:

Use Twitter to get people on a list. Email list daily. Sell stuff in emails.

That's it.

It's a very simple biz model pretty much anyone could copy.
The great thing is, with Twitter you can filter out who you don't want on your list and attract who you do. I get 50+ new signups for every 1 unsubscribe. I pre-screen people before they even get on my list. This is important because you need the right people for this to work.
So I tweet everyday, and usually at least once per day I plug my email list. This is how I get people on my list. The more people on your list, the more $$ you make (generally). And the more they trust you, the more $$ you make.

This is why emailing daily is crucial.
In my emails, I tell stories, I share my journey, I give sales and marketing tips, and I create and sell products that help my audience do something they want to do, but don't know how yet (i.e. make $$ online, have total freedom, etc.)
The reason I can do this is because every single day I'm actually doing what I teach. None of this is theory. It's all based on my own experiences with freelance copywriting, e-commerce, and personal branding.

I'm "in the trenches" as I like to say.
That's why people buy my stuff.

But in order for people to buy my stuff, they first have to be on my list, which is where Twitter comes in.

The more followers I get on here, the more email subscribers I get, the more people I help, the more $$ I make.
90% of my tweets are about sales, marketing, copywriting, and online business. This is my niche. I defined this a long time ago. You have to have a defined niche for this to work. You have to give people a reason to follow you.

Otherwise, why would they?
You have to be a net positive in peoples' lives. Benefit them in some way. Give them something they want. Defining this is the first step in making $$ from a personal brand.
To grow your following, you need the help of other people with bigger followings. People like @AJA_Cortes have been instrumental in growing my following. When he retweets my stuff, I get a lot of followers. Because he has a lot of followers.

More eyes (attention) = more $$.
Authenticity is huge, too. I don't think about it much anymore because I don't need to. I just tweet my thoughts, share what I'm doing, and that's that. People can follow me if they want, or tell me to fuck off. It doesn't matter either way.
Polarization is important as well.

You can't just be "luke warm." You have to be hot as fire or cold as ice. Have a personality. A big one. Share it loud and proud. Be unapologetic in who you are.

Otherwise, you're boring.

And people don't follow boring.
It helps if you have something other people don't.

I have a full-time income from online businesses.
@AJA_Cortes has great health and a wealth of knowledge on fitness/nutrition.
@KyleTrouble has locational freedom and knows how to get laid.

This draws people in.
At that point, it just comes down to being consistent.

Tweet everyday, plug your list everyday, email everyday, sell everyday.

There are other ways to do it, but this is by far the most effective.
Once you've been doing this for a while, you get some momentum and it's like a snowball effect. You no longer have to work as hard to get email subscribers. People retweet you without you having to ask them. Things start falling into place.
Then it's just down to creating an offer your audience wants and showing them how to get it.

You can't half-ass this part though. Your offer has to be good. Worth more than its cost. And actually do what you say it will do.
From there, it's wash, rinse, repeat.

And it's fun, too.

Tweeting and emailing are some of my favorite parts of the day now. It doesn't feel like "work" (even though in reality it 100% is, it's a business, after all...).
Anyone can do this, too. I'm not special. No one else is either.

Find your niche, build your audience, and sell them something they want to buy.

It's not rocket science, but it does take some work (especially at first).
Now, to practice what I preach:

I talk about stuff like this more in-depth with my email list daily. If you're not on it already, you're missing out bigly.
