Turns out, what it really means is these spoiled wusses think they're above the law, they're used to getting everything they want the moment they think of it, and they don't give a shit about the people they crush in their lust for more power and more wealth.

There are some with a history of philanthropy and a concern for others--the Kennedys and Rockefellers spring to mind. But those aren't the tycoons GOPhascists worship.
