My colleague @alangura talks to @brianmdoherty in @reason. We did not prevail bc Trump administration changed course on 2nd Am. they've largely continued Obama era policies even before #SCOTUS reason.com/blog/2018/07/1… We won becuse DOJ could no longer win on merits.
