Carole Cadwalladr has recently become a nationwide name for her stories about Brexit, Vote Leave and Cambridge Analytica.

She once wrote the story "The great British Brexit robbery: how our democracy was hijacked" on May 7, 2017.

Later, on March 18, 2018, Cadwalladr also wrote the article "'I made Steve Bannon's psychological warfare tool': meet the data war whistleblower", which was about Christopher Wylie.

Now, interestingly enough, in her first article above "The great British Brexit robbery", she quotes two people at the start - Alex Younger's speech from December 2016 and a senior intelligence analyst from April 2017.

In December 2016, Younger gave his first speech. According to The Independent:

"Sir Alex Younger's briefing notes for his first public speech contained some of the material supplied by Mr Steele."

This was a ramification of Christopher Steele's actions when passing out the dossier in late July / early August to MI6, which led to it being passed to GCHQ and NSA.

Carole Cadwalladr has also written articles about Russia's potential interference in the United Kingdom, and she wrote the article about Joseph Mifsud once meeting Boris Johnson and Prasenkit Kumar Singh.

Now here's where I'm curious.
While I was trying to find information about Carole Cadwalladr's career, I stumbled across Encyclopedia.com, which said she worked at The Daily Telegraph once, and she has worked in Prague, Lebanon and the former Soviet Union.

Cadwalladr wrote an article on February 17, 2008 titled "Shopping with the oligarchs", where she attended an event in Moscow, Russia in 2007.

Specifically, the gala known as Moscow's Millionaire Fair. It was the third time it had been hosted.

I remember a few other people going to Moscow's Millionaire Fair, and one of them just so happens to be a source for Christopher Steele's dossier.

In the Equation Group dump is a module known as "m12000000", or TADAQUEOUS, which does not have a Listening Post (LP) attached to it.

"It can only be loaded and unloaded through this interface, not controlled, and it will spit an error message."

What apparently TADAQUEOUS does is cripple or disable IPsec, or Internet Protocol Security.

I am sick of hearing warnings about how if #Brexit is cancelled it will result in violence and therefore we should go ahead with brexit through fear of racists
A lot of this comes from the right who know their project #Brexit is falling apart but whoever now expects anything better or indeed anything good at all from them. It's when you hear it from left wingers it really angers me
People who are receptive to the idea that immigrants have taken the jobs or depressed wages or pushed up housing costs or stretched public services often have genuine grievances in employment housing or access to health and education which are ignored

#brexit seems to be all about feeling over fact and this is especially true of the ReesMogg ERG faction of the Tory right.
I never bought the line that #brexit is about Democracy because most of the Tory right had zero enthusiasm for improving democracy in the UK few of them care about unelected house of lords the unfair FPTP electoral system or transparency on the contrary
Most of the Tory right are interested only in constitutional changes that suit them and if anything strive to be as little democratically accountable as possible.

1) Thread - All Brexits are bad and what we voted for
It's often said by brexiters that "it's not all about economics"
However, the *actual* Leave campaign was almost wholly about economic arguments

With the leak of this 2-8% report those arguments are now trashed
2) We seem to have forgotten this however economics played a huge part in the Vote Leave campaign, making up over 2/3rds of the primary arguements. The clear message was we would at the least be no worse off and at best much better off. 4 of the 6 below state this clearly
3) & the fact is voters believed we would be no worse off. People prioritized immigration certainly, but against a backdrop of there being no consequences from Brexit - few are prepared to actually pay for ending FoM
