After announcing in June that he'd release a new kind of health plan in two weeks (July 4), then later in June that it'd be in three weeks (July 19), Trump just proclaimed that their "different form of health care" is "turning out to be incredible," though it still doesn't exist.
Trump says of his new association health plans: "I hear it's like record business that they're doing...we just opened about two months ago, and I'm hearing that the numbers are incredible."

The new plans can't be sold until September 1.
Trump, at a roundtable in Iowa, has his Make Our Farmers Great Again hats on the table with him.
Trump boasts that Ivanka Trump always got great grades, and went to the Wharton School, even though she didn't work hard. He said he used to marvel, "She doesn't work! She doesn't work!"
After expressing his sympathies about recent Iowa tornadoes, Trump says, "Power. The power of nature. People have no idea."
Trump: "That was a great election. Wasn't that a great election?"
Trump on NAFTA: "We're getting close on that."
Trump on NAFTA: "You're dealing with closed markets. The Canadians, you have a totally closed market from so many, you know, in Canada they have a 375% tax on dairy products." (The tariff is hefty, but for milk it's under 300% for amounts above an import quota.)
Trump, very much exaggerating: "We just opened up Europe for you farmers. You're not going to be too angry with Trump, I can tell you."
Trump: "The farmers love me. They voted for me. We won every one of the states." Of other countries' retaliatory agricultural tariffs, he says, "It's not nice what they're doing."
Trump says "I love Canada," but he then tells a fictional story about "one of the pieces of paper they give out with the Canadian flag" he says shows a $98B U.S. deficit. He's talking about an obscure stat, not the basic deficit, his admin found deep on the Stats Canada website.
Trump on Iowa: "There's no place with more advanced thought."
Under NAFTA, the Canadian market is extremely open to the U.S. Trump seemed to be attempting to refer specifically to the dairy market, which is a protectionist exception, but even that is not "totally closed" - more than $400M in US exports in 2017.
Trump on Terry Branstad, who served 22 years as governor: "You know, he was the longest-serving governor in the history of the United States. I think 24 years."
Trump on ICE officers: "The bravest, toughest people you'll ever meet...they're people that are so brave, that, you know, it's brilliant to see what they do."
