so I know that the term "TERF" exists because there are radfems that aren't trans-exclusionary, and "SWERF" implies that there are radfems who aren't against sex workers either

where do I find those radfems? I kind of want to figure out if I'm one of them
like, my feminism is very much a product of the third wave, intersectionality is such an important concept

but lately I'm realizing that I actually kind of dig the whole "man-hating lesbian sisterhood" vibe

if it can be divorced of its toxicity

am I making sense?
like I don't actually hate men but they're like, lowest priority for me. don't need 'em. and I want to smash the patriarchy, whatever it takes

but not if it means deciding that all the trappings of femininity are evil, or that BDSM is self-harm, or any of that shit
shit, you know what this is? I've been listening to TERFs too much. there are parts of their worldview, the whole us-vs-them deal, that are appealing even to me. it's insidious

the reason there aren't a lot of non-shitty radfems left is that radical feminism is mainstream now
like every serious feminist of today knows that we need to change society to dismantle patriarchy, that we can center women in our lives, that we can live completely independently of men if we choose. that's not edgy any more. radfems won. that's great.
the TERFs talk disdainfully of the feminists that don't go "far enough" (aren't regressive enough) as "libfems"

but out here the name for feminism that doesn't go far enough, that coddles the establishment, is "white feminism"

it needs to be intersectional or it's bullshit
