While high-level talks are ongoing at Panmunjom, SK soccer players and journos are in Pyongyang checking out local scenery. There are 164 SKoreans in all including 26 journos. Here they are being led about Kim Il Sung's birthplace, Mangyongdae, by NK guide

But out of 9 hydro plants NK has, 8 are over 30 yrs old and overall electricity generation is declining. Plus their capacity factors (utilization) are low (32%) compared to dams elsewhere: 40% for US dams. NK produces only 5% of SK's electricity production
