What a worthless response to a response. Typical for CIS. It almost entirely doubles down on the fact-free, data-free claims that I already responded to.
I listed specific individuals in the report itself. In my response to CIS’s criticism, I listed many more specific cases—apparently CIS authors refuse to read. 
This is false. CIS alleged an ICE supervisory agent intentionally misled the court under oath about why agents cancel detainers for people claiming US citizenship to avoid angering his higher ups. CIS has total trust in ICE agents until what they say conflicts with its narrative
Here’s its exact original argument on this point. CIS clearly alleges that the ICE agent intentionally lied. The reason I used this supervisory agent’s testimony is that it is rare to get ICE agents under oath where they have to tell the truth about their practices
