Trapped on an @NYCTSubway @mta NW shuttle bus from Queensboro Plaza to Astoria and the driver is legitimately lost and driving in circles. People are yelling from the back. AMA 
A passenger is now up front using Google Maps to help navigate the bus. Cars are honking behind us because we're going very slowly
A woman with a thick NY accent yells "Someone give him a GPS"
We're going back towards Queensboro Plaza I think.
Lights turned off, people in back are yelling that it is creepy and they want them back on. They're back on now...
Despite adding an hour to my trip home, this is pretty amusing. I feel a little bad for the bus driver, but also.. you had one job
Oh good, we're not going towards Queensboro Plaza, we're actually going to Court Square
People are yelling "is he drunk?!" And banging on the windows to signal the other NW shuttle buses for help. We are back at Queensboro Plaza and the other buses seem to be going the right way...
On the bright side, this is a true NYC bonding moment. A political hierarchy is already being established in the back of the bus. I am running for Mayor.

We made it to the first subway stop (39 av) 45min later. There is a round of applause.
The nice young man who guided the driver via Google Maps receives a standing ovation

An angry man is now yelling at the driver, delaying the bus further... The Independent Nation of Shuttle Bus NW is making a motion for that man to STFU and sit down so we can get going.
