1. NFHS -4 survey were held only 6 months prior to NARSS and showed low coverage
2. No effect on stunting/nutrition data
3. (Most serious ) allegation - Survey was biased from beginning n data changed if it didn't match desired details in MIS.

First two limitations as mentioned bin article are inaccurate as I have pointed out here-
The third one of doing fraud survey/biased from beginning is a serious one and must be answered by parmeswran iyer, @BMGFIndia ,@UNICEF @WHO , since they were in expert group who oversaw it.
Every survey is a bit biased and indeed we need regular surveys at 6 month duration to reconfirm if benefits stick,but here the allegation is serious of malafide intent n manipulation,makes me wonder what others in expert group were doing
Makes me think..either the authors hathi n Srivastava (associated with Coffey group) is wrong or WHO/UNICEF/gates India was actively involved in giving favourable results of survey to suit Modi Sarkar.
What if the survey was biased- do we have an independent reconfirmation of results.
Yes NSSO sample survey which showed toilet use at 95.6% .
Implying that in places where toilet have been built,people now use them(behavioural change)
