Lawyers for President Trump are asking a federal court to dismiss Stormy Daneils' hush-money lawsuit, which they say is moot.
Trump's lawyers today: "Mr. Trump has never taken the position that he is a party to the Settlement Agreement. or affirmatively sought to invoke any rights under the Settlement Agreement."

@PressSec then: arbitration "was won in the president's favor."
