If we do issue proceedings the rule that enabled Leave donors to lurk in the shadows, guarded by the law, will undoubtedly fall away. It will be replaced by a positive legal duty of candour on @ElectoralCommUK. And we will see if their fine words are matched by actions.

The @ElectoralCommUK has just issued a press release stating it is unlikely to be able to respond adequately to our Judicial Review. I've yet to see the letter they refer to.
