Our best guess: adjudication was withheld in all of his felony cases. Years ago, the Miami Herald did a great investigative series and found that blacks & Hispanics didn't get withholds of adjudication as often as whites.

Last voting update, turns out I got bad info and my first tweet on the topic of Sayoc's voting record was right. He only became a registered voter in Miami Dade on 3-4-2016 (he tried to register in 2012 but didn't submit all the right documents)
