Just in —> Michael Dreeben will be arguing in the DC Circuit on Nov. 8 for the special counsel's office in support of Mueller's authority to subpoena former Roger Stone associate Andrew Miller. Dreeben is the top criminal law appellate lawyer in DOJ's solicitor general's office.

We've known Dreeben was working with Mueller's office on appellate matters, and he's made appearances, but I'm not sure we knew he was going to be arguing at the DC Circuit level.
