Trump’s new legal team is BOXED IN👉🏼balancing how to address Mueller's Qs (as if they have a choice!) w/the evidence of Trump's #obstruction that Mueller already has, while dealing w/Trump, who is increasingly opposed to an interview.🤔 4/

Some legal experts believe that 2 DOJ opinions prohibit federal prosecutors from indicting a president, b/c the Constitution relies on Congress’ power to #impeach as the way to hold a president accountable for potentially criminal behavior.🤨

Trump is BOXED IN. At this point, his best options are to DELAY. If Mueller subpoenas him, then Trump can fight all the way to SCOTUS, in hopes that they will NOT uphold the #RuleOfLaw.🤔 21/

On the other hand, Mueller doesn't necessarily need Trump to testify, so he could proceed w/preparing a report on Trump's crimes for Congress and/or #indict Trump w/o an interview‼️😎 22/
