I'm always laughing at the audacious hypocrisy of white people in the northern/rural parts of this state preventing housing development under the guise of "protecting the environment."
These white people up here say they care about the forests but can't name the tribe that lives in that area. Even & especially when their county/town is literally named after the tribe.

1. Y'all don't know the history you were never taught and never sought to learn, so go learn before you say there's nothing to be done about all the fires.
2. All you anti-indigenous racists spouting off those stereotypes like those weren't lies created by your own ancestors to justify their atrocities after the fact. We can see these same lies used in the US invasions of other countries, so we can see the pattern.
3. If you settlers actually learned your own history, you'd know that your ancestors used a lot of underhanded tactics that only scumbags would be truly proud of. There's nothing glorious or brave about stabbing gracious hosts in the back, nor kidnapping women & children.
