3. My professional skill set includes forensics techniques to recover deleted hard drive files. Depending on email client they can be very easy to recover. I think I now understand Trump's recent comments about Ivanka's emails. He seemed to have had a class on email forensics.

1. Breadcrumbs. Does this reflect @TheDemocrats apparent awareness of something related to suing Trump related parties? There is an issue with 18 USC 2520 statute of limitations that has put me on watch for an amendment. There is a chance that they know more than we do. Remember Notice of intent to file amended complaint
2. @TheDemocrats are victim of crimes committed by the Russians & US people associated with the 2016 Russian attack. This complaint does not name @realDonaldTrump individually but there is already sufficient proof from Micheal Cohen to add Individual No 1 as a RICO defendant.
3. I am not expert in US Attorney's obligations to victims but I do believe they get to know things not publicly released. Do Dems know that something is coming soon? Maybe. Maybe not. But I've been expected an amendment if it was if they were told. @Mimirocah1 @maddow @Lawrence

1. @KatyTurNBC @MSNBC just had a guest on from the @BrennanCenter. I missed her name. I think she said that the President could veto a 50 USC 1622 joint resolution ending a declared national emergency. IMO the statute makes no such specific reference to Presidential role in it.
2. I understand the US Const says President must sign resolutions but in the case of War Powers Act I think the President doesn't get a say. Nixon tried to stop it but his veto was overridden. Is @BrennanCenter sure about the power of the President to veto a sec 1622 resolution?
3. Any comment from @tribelaw @neal_katyal or their colleagues would be welcome. @maddow @Lawrence @MaddowBlog

I’m inclined to agree with @danielsgoldman astute observations, after reading the draft Information & Plea Deal
1 - Govt has evidence of other crimes
2 - Corsi is in over his head
3 - nothing is ever DELETED. Even hardcoding 0s & 1s on the Hard Drive
4 - the cloud & email server
But I’d caution you this is Corsi & Stone both of whom are notorious Provocateurs.
They both traffic on the fringe & subterfuge.
For some reason I just can’t put my finger on it, something seems demonstrably OFF with Corsi’s willingness to give multiple News Outlets these 2 docs
