I’ve sat in on at least three All-Senate / All-House briefings. When they’re convened it’s to address something of bipartisan concern. Otherwise everyone wouldn’t be there. So by definition it’s tense. Plus, then don’t like being assembled like school kids. It’s a tinderbox.
