So Bill Barr sent a 20-page memo (more like a law review art!) to Rosenstein arguing obstruction of justice by Trump isn’t a “real” crime. Barr also told Trump about the memo, but it supposedly had nothing to do w/ picking him for Attorney General. Riight. wsj.com/articles/trump…
