5) The very next post Q461 provides more context for [RR-out] as a reference to Ronald Reagan. What makes a movie GOOD? GREAT actors? #Qanon

6) Not enough? Too flimsy? Check out the other lines of Q460. The first line seems like a stringer, but I will show my thought process on a possible decode. #Qanon

7) I was not sure if it was meant as an equation since some of the mathematical symbols used were not the normal algebraic syntax. Here are a few possible examples. #Qanon

11) Interesting company of Presidents sharing that 68% figure: Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Bill Clinton.
I have to hand it to Q, this correlation might be the strongest Qproof I have personally come across. #Qanon

12) Let’s continue to the next line:

Assuming EO is Executive Order, I searched for EO 6713A. would you believe that EO 6713-A exists and was made by Franklin D. Roosevelt?!

13) Expanding further, I reversed the numbers an found EO from Bill Clinton with number 13176 replacing A with 1.

14) This EO deals specifically with the BushvGore election dispute of 2000 and the resulting issues with potential transition teams while the recount was happening. Would you like to fancy a guess as to when the election was officially certified? January 6th, 2001! #Qanon

15) Also worthy of note were the references to objections from the House of Representatives Black Caucus concerning the certification of the 2000 election. Relevant due to Q478 and the mention of African American unemployment figure of 6.8% mentioned by POTUS tweet. #Qanon

16) In Q482 lets us know that [P_pers] is related to “POTUS PERSONAL”. Personal message? Personal detail? It’s unclear; I assume that the marker has a TBD relation to POTUS specifically. #Qanon

Those that have been trying to decipher POTUS tweets and Q stringers have most certainly tried to combine/remove the lower case, upper case, and numbers in text strings into groups.

22) I am not entirely sure of the correct decode of this string. Best guess? Some form of SIG_nal _con_firmation code intended for action other than anons. #Qanon

23) Although I tend to incorporate gematria methodologies during my research, I do not place large stock in single numerical connections. There must be several exact connections that are beyond significant standard deviation. #Qanon
