He is blaming this shutdown on @SenSchumer @SpeakerPelosi and @TheDemocrats when back here in reality Chuck Schumer offered him $25 billion for the wall which he turned down and tried to leverage it to kill family sponsorships and the visa lottery as well: businessinsider.com/government-shu…
