Specifically, the Trump🇷🇺administration allowed DERIPASKA to “divest” 21M shares of his main company (EN+) to HIS OWN foundation (Volnoe Delo).
His foundation + Deripaska + his ex-wife + her father will own 57% of EN+ under the deal.🙄
