Bloody EU putting tariffs on oranges eh? Oh, hang on a minute!
This is the UK's tariff for oranges as per 1 Feb 1973. Although after accession, it is, I think, before we started aligning with the EEC's CET. So, I think representative of pre-EEC tariffs.

Unfortunately, the National Archives do not hold online digitised versions of two bits of legislation that would help me confirm whether there was any tariff change due to accession.

The UK went decimal in on 15 February 1971 and I think the 1971 order would have the conversions. The 1969 order would contain post-Kennedy Round of GATT tariff reductions.
So thanks to Steve I can confirm that the summer and winter tariffs were the same in the 50s and 60s.
Correction, summer the same, winter was 10% instead of 5%.
