This site says the average grapefruit is about 246g. Let's round it up to 250g, so we get 4 fruits per kilo. So tariffs are charged on import prices not retail, so we need to find out how much that is per kilo.

The UK tariff site says the Unit Price is €70.42/100kg. So 1kg of fruit is imported at about €0.7042.
1.5% tariff = €0.0105 per kilo or about 0.02p per fruit.
So when you buy 5 Pink Florida grapefruits about 1p of the £3.50 is on the tariff.

Looking at USA tariffs, we see that their grapefruit tariff is seasonal it's 1.5-2.5US¢ per kilo.
So that's between about 1.3 ¢Euro to 2.18 ¢Euro. It's more than the EU tariff even at the lower end, but still very low.
