Over the past yr Russia has been ramping up activities in Kaliningrad (last yr deploying Iskander missiles and upgrading nuclear bunkers), building up forces along Ukraine’s borders, and eyeing Belarus. Difficult to keep up with all of Putin’s ambitions of wanting to recreat USSR
And of course Trump is assisting Putin in any way he can. That’s not even mentioning Putin’s ops in US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and on and on. Why the West can’t stop him and allowed Putin to gain this much strength is beyond me. Guess greed supersedes loyalty to country

If the West thought staying on the sidelines and not confronting Moscow was the smart move they were very wrong. Putin has been at war w the West for a very long time. He could have been contained if politicians and influential leaders were not so greedy and corrupt
Very convenient that Putin announces these missiles now! As if Putin hasn’t been developing them and with Trumps gift of suspending the treaty Putin will now use that as an excuse to cause more terror without the threat of sanctions or the worries of not following agreements

Although the shops seemed busy to me, they were described as quiet by managers and WGC colleagues. That fits with what I’ve always understood, in that this time of thyear year rarely sees strong demand. Should start to pick up at 15 Aug, I’m told. 2/n
