1-There is some speculation floating that it was Manafort who directed Stone to contact Wikileaks because Manafort & Stone were close-former business partners. BUT Stone is saying he did it to divert attention from the Access Hollywood tape in Oct 2016 & Manafort stopped working
2-for Trump in Aug. 2016. So Manafort was no longer in a position to give Stone that kind of an order. HOWEVER, the Podesta emails garnered from Wiki dropped in March of 2016, so that well could have been (most probably WAS) Manafort.. The question that I have is WHY is Stone
3-trying to make it appear as though he was only involved in Oct 2016? There's a great deal of evidence, even stated in the indictment p/w that shows otherwise. Stone's trying to hide something pretty important.. wonder what it is. #wednesdaythoughts
