My take. If no deal, unilateral tariff removal would:

- have little impact on avg consumer prices; prices'll probably go up, UTR could keep some from rising as high, but in reality any +ve wiped out by fall in sterling & increased costs associated w/ EU imports.
- impact on domestic UK producers would be mixed. Have to take into account that no deal already a nightmare for exporters, so this should be taken in the round. Probably a more acute impact on parts of agriculture sector e.g. South American beef is very very competitive.
