Russia is conducting large scale exercises that is bigger than previously thought. Exercises being held at 12 sites. Also exercises being held in the occupied part of Moldova and military movement in Pskov region. Thanks to @akihheikkinen for alerting me to the size of exercises 
Russia has significantly increased military activity over past few mths in several areas. Ukraine is surrounded w military equipment/troops. There have been recent reports of Belarus paving military roads near Ukraines border (Lukashenko is skiing w Putin)
US is suddenly condemning Putin and his regime as threats to Democracy, Russia is making preparations to shut outside internet, and today voted on a bill banning soldiers from using social media (all their ops were exposed due to fingerprints soldiers left on social media)
Russia spent last year preparing and significantly increased activities after they attacked Ukraine’s boat in the Black Sea. They seem to be operationally ready in Kaliningrad, Eastern Ukraine, and may pressure Belarus for cooperation. It’s something to keep an eye on
