@TwitterSupport this is inciting fear or hatred of a Protected Category of persons, because: context of this tweet is islamophobic stereotyping against the WH, using the fact that majority are Sunni Muslims to pretend that they're associated with terrorism.
It doesn't explicitly say "hate them because they're Muslims" but if you look at the context around this particular tweet, it's clearly relying on and reinforcing anti-Muslim bias and hatred and it's harassing the WH using the fact most are Muslims to mobilize mass trolling.
Compare to tweets which stereotype Jews in general or particular Jews who are clearly not Israeli ultranationalists as "Zionists" - the "Zionist" label is a political category, not Protected, but contextually it's clear that it's stereotyping in order to incite hatred of a PC.
Look at the rest of VB and her followers tweets if you want to confirm this. It is absolutely clear if you look at the whole context that it's islamophobic hate incitement using slightly cryptic language to avoid directly being deplatformed for TOS violations.
WH are also a Protected Category in terms of Article 8 (2) (b) (iii) of the International Criminal Court Statute, and this sort of tweet is part of information warfare by the Russian regime and its agents and useful idiots.
Since the targeting of the WH which she incited is widespread and systematic and directed against a civilian population, it also qualifies as a Crime Against Humanity under Art.7.1.k, and directly and publicly inciting a Crime Against Humanity is itself an international crime.
VB and her Kremlin handlers do this kind of disinformation and mass trolling campaigns generally in order to repress Syrian civil society, which emerged and flourished in opposition/ liberated areas. Distract, discredit, and deter by harassment are their strategies, in that order
Twitter - you do not even comply with international law on atrocity speech crimes, let alone enforce your own TOS. This has been going on for years, and beyond reasonable doubt your undue tolerance for Assad regime international propaganda on your platform has enabled atrocities.
Inaction for so long after so much evidence has been given to you looks like intentional complicity. You verified a regime spokesman who is under EU Sanctions in 3 days, but you haven't stopped incitement of systematic military targeting of Syrian humanitarian personnel in years.
@TwitterSupport you should consult this guy on revising your TOS provisions against speech abetting & inciting mass atrocity crimes using your platform - If you choose to do nothing to stop incitement of political mass killings, you are partly responsible.
