Important answer this : so Commons could be asked to “ratify” something on March 12th that has not been signed off by EU member states’ leaders at a summit due 9 days later
Good point this - assuming the “negotiated Withdrawal deal” remains unaltered... then perhaps the idea is a future framework can be approved by Commons before signed off by EU27
