If it *had* been, it would have been cancelled for illegal spending
Parliamentarians, defenders of our democracy, are saying we must respect a vote which by any measure would have been cancelled *IF* they and other MPs had actually set it up properly as a legally binding vote
But I could live with that
Cheating is fine in our democracy, as long as you make a vote binding *politically* but not *legally*
