Denying someone their identity is a form of erasure. Erasure is a form of oppression. To claim that this is in the name of equality and freedom is laughable
When we talk about #Diversity and #Inclusion this means serving consumers of diverse backgrounds in an inclusive way. Otherwise it's just empty talk.
@Nike continues to sell their sports hijab. They have been garnering praise for being on the right side of inclusion and standing up against racism in their marketing, as well as gaining sales. @Decathlon why did you capitulate?
