5/ My own insufficient small anecdotal sample size + experience tells me that I DONT care where you went to school or even IF you went to school—as a CEO or a founder (not true for my doctors;)

And there ABSOLUTELY is value for people who need to overcome the bias of *OTHER people* b/c of their background (gender, socioeconomic, demography).
