They tell people 'get on yer bike' - 'make your own luck' - we tell it to each other: now look. The ethical considerations, the ideological interplay with realpolitik - it makes me sick: bends minds with the complexity of a Mandelbrot set! We are all leaders, and all led. Plumb.
We are all interdependent of each other: now this is a basic you have to sell over. It's a wheel within a wheel within a wheel. Second nature, second sight: from CBT and finance to rocks and water, everything's a cycle, right!? But you can't fix a jigsaw by pedalling harder.
Thumb the depths of the archive, the pollings the predictions, anything that looks like a precedent: you might get a lift from a 'friendly' voice but are they going in our direction? Do we want them? How exactly do they want us? Keep a weather eye: th's dreams & anxieties in pie.
Pie in the sky. Sky in the pie. Or maybe ego, humility, or steak!? The sliding tiles, kitchens and bathrooms in England and Wales; and Scotland and Ireland as well. The work men, the well men; the everyone else then. Problems come, sometimes we make 'em. We need to think: corners
- and numbers or position, putting things in order: it dun't mean any one's better. Borrowed words or good translation, tired genocide or putting principles into action: think on your feet, find what is meet: value a Doctor, a John Bull and a Jack Horner.
There are many other names in the hat, many other plums at that. But strangely indulgent in our haven we think we're alone and...narrowly crown ourselves with glory. Memento mori. Things hold together one way or another. Said Dunne. There was no divine family of me, myself and I.
