To block YouTube on iOS devices linked by Family iCloud accounts:
⚙️Settings > Screen Time > (child) > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content > Add Website to Never Allow
In addition, the YouTube app (and possibly YouTube Kids) should also be deleted as necessary because the website block in iOS only limits the browser. You can also apply a limit to the app in Screen Time controls.

Another huge Facebook story is dropping today! DC AG filing shows Facebook knew about Cambridge Analytica long before first reporting. The cover up is always worse than the crime.
DC AG wants email chain unsealed so the public can see what’s redacted in the filing. Facebook knows it’s going to make them look guilty of deception. Remember, Zuckerberg and Sandberg testified under oath that they learned about Cambridge Analytica from The Guardian story.
So either the executives did perjury or their company is catastrophically mismanaged.

I’m immediately left wondering if Custom Audiences could be used to circumvent these new ad targeting restrictions that seek to limit discrimination? What if shady advertisers make their own discriminatory lists and upload them to match to Facebook users for direct targeting?
I recall getting into it with Benedict Evans about this. I argued that Facebook should limit targeting options to prevent discrimination. That’s when I got blocked. Almost everyone has a story of getting blocked by Evans. LOL.
