That said, the court does not reach whether a conspiracy existed. Judge Hudson states, "This Court...offers no assessment of the veracity of the factual assertions underlying Plaintiffs' claims."

Expert tip 1: One provision for sharing grand jury info does not even require prior court approval.

Expert tip 2: Barr is apparently daring Congress with idea it needs to start impeachment proceedings to qualify for the other provision. Lederman's analysis shows that's false.

NYT: “the Justice Department outlined a longer schedule, saying that it will have its OWN SUMMARY ready to send to lawmakers within weeks”

Is Barr seriously trying to get away with submitting another “summary”—rather than Mueller report itself?
The author of that New York Times report is @peterbakernyt. In response to questions raised about reference to DOJ preparing a second “summary” of Mueller report, Baker tweeted that the Times is now looking further into this question:

In his nomination hearing, Barr dodged several Qs. @SenFeinstein finally pinned him noting he had discretion to release full report.

President Trump writes, by hand, on letter from bipartisan Congressional group advocating keeping US troops in Syria:

"I Agree 100% ALL is Being DONe"
