3/ I received many thoughtful criticisms. I'm sure I'll forget some of those who caused me to rethink the problem, but among them were @quirkyllama, @EdgarNights, @bgrahamdisciple, @demeteloaf, and @CassandraTSLAQ.
4/ Also, @MelaynaLokosky & @PlainSite forced me to focus on the precise chronology in the SEC's information requests and $TSLA's responses. So, a few things emerge:
