Huh, SDNY is filing civil seizure of Nazi looted art from an unidentified "NY Art Dealer" that was purchased in 2013. This may just be a coincidence, but that was back during the time a certain political lobbyist in NY was wheeling & dealing art work.

This discusses a certain lobbyist that was referred to SDNY in early 2017 by Robert Mueller's team & Rod Rosenstein.
Sounds like a good way to launder money that art dealing business... Donate it to folks & museums for favors...

He had to sell his NY condo & some of his art when his buddy Paul Manafort plead guilty & forced him to cease business of his lobbying firm. So it might just be a coincidence, but the timing is funny with everthing else breaking now.
The art work has been impounded since 2013 with the NY dealer who was reselling the art work. So why did this case sit in limbo for 6+ years & suddenly result in a seizure at this time? Who was the owner selling it?
But to add to the weirdness, Marc Rich's artist grand son reportedly committed suicide in London last week. Poor kid, claims are it was related to a broken heart.

I saw this little tidbit on MSNBC about the wrap up of Mueller's team.
What I find interesting are the 3 prosecutors who left the team that are still working on "matters assigned to them during their detail."
We've discussed this before but it's another very interesting wrinkle.
It indicates that Mueller & Rosenstein have taken 2 separate routes to expand upon evidence of further crimes that Mueller has uncovered outside his scope. One having RR refer the cases to other offices, such as Cohen, Podesta, Craig, Weber & Butina. This quote shows the 2nd way.
Having prosecutors from Mueller's team, take cases identified by the SC investigation out of the case to expand the investigation as a separate jurisdiction & scope. So what are these 3 new investigations? #ButNothingsHappening

@MindfulnessWins Because they had to develop systems of sources in a hundred countries to track the money laundering through thousands of banks & jurisdictions with bank secrecy rules designed to protect the networks. They've launched multiple operations to drain the Swamp but each got deflected.
@MindfulnessWins Bank of NY case in 1999, Enron in 2003, a bunch of others since then. What will be revealed is that the crooks were using NSA info to spy on the investigators, FINCEN data to warn the targets of investigations, & DOJ word parsing to not go after players that would expose the plot
@MindfulnessWins They would then blame the White Hats for obstructing the investigations so that no one would trust them. They'd let a few scapegoats fall, but make certain the key players & networks were not investigated. 28 years of changes to bank money laundering rules helped the take down.

Well, I finally have a good excuse to talk about a terrorism case. Seems the Scottish authorities have suddenly discovered some evidence that makes them want to interrogate a bunch of East German Stasi agents about Lockerbie! #ButNothingsHappening thelocal.de/20190321/forme…
Something triggered the Scottish prosecutors in June of 2018 to start seeking information from these retired Stasi agents who were East Germany's secret police.
Other articles point to interest in Libya connected evidence, but obviously that will remain vague until indictments or trial if they happen. But to triggering a 30 year cold case that had lots of shady political maneuvering over 3 decades in surprising.

In t/a, the 52 week high is seen as an important 'level'
Most if not all t/a supporters view the 52wh as a major resistance level
They claim it is psychologically important
They say contracts may trade through the 52wh in which case it is bullish
Or it may reverse and be bearish
The 52wh gives them a set of rules to trade by which they say are based on market psychology
