Did Malcolm Nance know on 3/2/17 that Carter Page was under a FISA warrant? It certainly seems like he knew the US intel community was targeting his communications!

The other day I posted a Malcolm Nance video that he thought Carter Page was an FBI double agent. I didn't realize that was in February 2018! He gave more details in this interview.
At the 3:40 mark, he starts talking about Carter Page. What does he say? He knew on 3/2/17 that Carter Page was in the Buryakov case.
He then talks about using Carter as a target of the FISA would be the perfect use of an FBI double agent who can pretend he is a criminal as cover

Says it seems clear that Carter Page had a get out of jail free card as the only explanation for why he was out giving interviews confident that he was in no trouble for his Russian activities.
I can't quite catch the other name, can someone help me on this. Nance says that he & someone named "Navicho Maule" (spelling has to be wrong) knew before 3/2/2017 that Page was Male-1. No one publicly knew that information yet. I can't find this person but not sure of the name.

Sounds a lot like Carter Page, though, was he bait for the Russians? Interesting, 20th Century Fox bought his book rights, was Elliot Broidy's wife there at the time?
