1. So as things stand, it seems v unlikely govt will have another go at getting the complete deal thro Commons tomorrow - but there will be a debate on SOMETHING about leaving the EU - and we think a vote
2. One Cabinet minister says they think govt will have a vote only on the divorce deal, the withdrawal agreement, which Labour says they can't
3. A different Cab minister has just said they genuinely don't know what the debate and vote will be on - there has to be a decision by 5pm - i fear there will be a lot of consulting Erskine May and headaches this afternoon
5. Meanwhile - no talks going on with DUP and no budging from them in sight - and cross party groups of MP s busy together working on composite motion for next week that could get a majority - ie putting some of the rival proposals together
6. One idea, customs union + public vote to confirm it - obvs some people in Parliament would go tonto about that proposal, but there is lots of activity going on btw those groups and some discreet chatter btw them and govt
