astonishing ... the sharp V-shaped US stock market IR/QT concern sell-off and FED-put rebound...now just shy of new ATH and their implied vola crushed ... driven by FED just on pause, China PMI crawled to 50.8. Thats all it took.

so,when will Global, EU, China PMI zip to 58-60?

if global stocks are rallying so hard , basically implying huge top earnings.. then FF futures should not price in a cut but a hike, 3Ms10Ys yieldcurve should not be inverted or flat either, and Global M.PMI should not be barely above 50

THREAD: We recently identified the property characteristics which were featured in the best performing #retail properties over the last five years. Our categories were property subtype, region, the year in which it was built, and tenant mix. More info on the top performers below.
The best performing property subtypes were drug stores and urban retail. Drug store loans performed well due to their consistently high occupancy rates and low delinquency readings. Urban retail’s strong performance can be credited to its massive NOI figures.
Properties in the Middle Atlantic US (NY, NJ, and PA) topped all other regions in our study. The strong performance of the region is helped along by the massive volume of retail #CMBS in #NYC, as well as the large concentration of single-tenant properties.

Natalia Veselnitskaya had been working on the Prevezon case for years, but in 2014 she involved herself drafting of the official response to the DoJ's invocation of a treaty for legal assistance.

She sent the evidence that she worked with the Kremlin to SDNY prosecutors.

#New PA cong. map increases D chance of winning the House majority by 4%. They only need a 6.8% generic ballot margin now (down from 7.7) to be favored.

Diff. will be closer to 10% in Nov when uncertainty from polls is ⬇️. Redraw is a very big deal.

One major reason the new PA map is such a big gain for Democrats is that it solidifies, not just tips, PA districts in Philly burbs. Also creates one additional vulnerable R district. (Easily seen in this map made by @JMilesColeman)
My forecasting model will have new PA map in the near future. This is not just a simple switch; it’s a coding redesign, restructuring of input, & drawing new geographic files. Takes a while (for me, a student).
