2. Not sure we'll prove it but I would not be surprised if a young Billy Barr was doing some CIA bag work associated with Watergate. He sounds like he was doing domestic surveillance, pre-Church Committee. Somebody should check if he admits to knowing Roger Stone who was
3. implicated but not charged in Watergate. That tells me Stone may have been a confidential informant. Maybe young Billy was his CIA handler.
