1. Why #MuellerReport can't say what Barr says it does on conspiracy and if it does Mueller has some explaining to do.

First, we have the best evidence of the "Agreement" element of conspiracy. "If it's what you say, I love it!" Offer and acceptance. Done.

2. All Mueller has to prove is that the person agreeing knows one criminal goal of the conspiracy (foreign help for Trump campaign) and agrees to it then one overt act committed by any co-conspirator in furtherance of it (eg provide dirt on Hillary). So if Barr isn't just lying

3. what could Mueller have meant? I think Barr is just lying and is now trying to create a Frankenstein's monster redacted report to change it entirely. If not Mueller was in the bag too. That could be if he tries to argue that the conspiracy was just the two he's charged:

4. IRA and GRU. Mueller could say that the agreement in "I love it!" was not agreement to the purpose of those two conspiracies because he found no proof the Trump team in GRU or NRA. But there's a problem with that view if that's Mueller's play. Once you agree to commit

5. one crime as part of the conspiracy then other crimes committed by the conspirators if reasonably foreseeable are also chargeable to Trump campaign. Mueller's problem exonerating Trump for collusion is that the June 9 attendees all failed to report the meeting.

6. That's a crime. 18 USC 4. You could make an argument the Russians agreed to join Don Jr's conspiracy. Also, the Goldstein to Don Jr email show that Trump's son knew of the "other" assistance the campaign was getting from the Kremlin (52 USC 30121) and Don Jr. agreed to

7. commission of that crime. I don't see how Mueller extricates Trump who later personally acts to cover up the June 9 crime. So as we look at all this @RepJerryNadler should take one thing as true: What Barr said cannot be what Mueller concluded if he's not in the bag

8. with Trump. If you subscribe to the view that Mueller is beyond reproach then the only conclusions left are
1) Barr is tying to pull a fast one, and
2) Mueller knows it
Barr's last hope to complete the cover up are the redactions.
