1. If #MuellerReport exonerated @Trump, it's 100% certain #Barr would have released it. Barr is stonewalling. So simple logic says MuellerReport has Trump wrongdoing in it and it's bad enough for Barr to risk a charge of obstruction and destruction of his family to conceal it.

2. We don't need Mueller to prove Trump campaign violated 18 USC 4 when they didn't report the June 9 meeting to @NewYorkFBI.

We don't need Mueller to prove @DonaldJTrumpJr Manafort and Kushner violated 52 USC 30121 by "soliciting" and "accepting" Russian election help.

3. IMO Barr joined Trump - Russia conspiracy when he sent the memo. IMO it means Barr and possibly his law firm are liable for 300% of the damages Trump Russia have caused the American economy under RICO Act. Should we expect massive waive of civil litigation to bury them all?

4. There's a reason DOJ attorney's want to recuse when conflicted. Barr may be walking into a litigation trap with little immunity. Barr can't rely on Imbler v Pachtman to say he's immune. His criminal acts started as a private citizen. Did Barr's kids join?

5. Will they be caught in wave? Barr likely has to April 2 to withdraw from the Trump Russia conspiracy. After that he's locked in and ratifies his own civil liability. Barr has a choice: His future or Trump's future. He can't save Trump because the cover up has already failed.

6. Barr is unlikely to be able to stop the truth from emerging. My guess is 50+ DOD know, 50 + FBI know and Muller team of 30 + know what Barr is concealing. It will start to leak. Govt employees can use the lawful whistle-blower processes. And GRU knows what Trump did.

7. Russians can be intercepted by the NSA but also by others who can release it. Barr can't do what Trump and Putin need him to do. He should save his family from what will come if he continues in the Trump conspiracy. He tried. But Russia will be defeated and those who took

8. Russia's side, destroyed & all their assets seized or burned in decades of court proceedings. It's over for Trump and his family. Barr knows it. He' likely just trying to save the @GOP. His baggage makes it impossible for him to succeed.
