So @mkhammer *knows* the Attorney General specifically referenced *unauthorized* spying before Congress, which is why he had to walk it back and say he had no evidence of that. So what does she do? Goes on CNN and (smugly!) says the AG was talking about *authorized* surveillance.

If you read PROOF OF CONSPIRACY in August, you may well feel that this sort of disparity—whatever Avenatti did or didn't do—makes Flynn's sweetheart deal the single most *puzzling* element of the Russia probe.
1/ Like, I'm looking for any evidence Avenatti secretly plotted to kidnap a US resident and illegally render him to Turkey for execution, that Avenatti conspired to bribe Trump into illegally selling nuclear tech to Saudi Arabia, that he illegally negoiated US foreign policy...
2/ ...that he lied countless times about foreign trips and foreign payments to illegally get access to classified intelligence, that he lied repeatedly to everyone in law enforcement, and that he did all this while demanding Clinton be imprisoned for... well, *nothing*, actually.

I realized late last night that a dominant narrative we are hearing about the #MuellerInvestigation from media is flat-out wrong. #Mueller did NOT have a very narrow mandate. His mandate was extremely broad. Let's look at it piece by piece. /1

1. If #MuellerReport exonerated @Trump, it's 100% certain #Barr would have released it. Barr is stonewalling. So simple logic says MuellerReport has Trump wrongdoing in it and it's bad enough for Barr to risk a charge of obstruction and destruction of his family to conceal it.
2. We don't need Mueller to prove Trump campaign violated 18 USC 4 when they didn't report the June 9 meeting to @NewYorkFBI.

We don't need Mueller to prove @DonaldJTrumpJr Manafort and Kushner violated 52 USC 30121 by "soliciting" and "accepting" Russian election help. Page from WDNY Pigeon complaint for foreign election help.
3. IMO Barr joined Trump - Russia conspiracy when he sent the memo. IMO it means Barr and possibly his law firm are liable for 300% of the damages Trump Russia have caused the American economy under RICO Act. Should we expect massive waive of civil litigation to bury them all?

1/ Thread: In light of today’s @nytimes report that the #FBI in mid-May ‘17 began to investigate whether President Trump is a #Russian agent, look again at Special Counsel #Mueller’s Dec. 4 pre-sentencing Memorandum in the Michael #Flynn case.
2/ Mueller was appointed Special Counsel about a week after the FBI opened this investigation of Trump. Mueller was appointed to supervise it & other matters, both counter-intelligence & criminal, all related to Russia.
3/ One of the criminal matters was whether Flynn, in Jan. ’17 when he was National Security Adviser, lied to the FBI about recent conversations with Russia’s ambassador to the U.S.
